At Instinct., every item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected at checkout

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Minor color differences due to screen variations

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

 

Shipping Issues

Instinct. is not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

 

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

European Union Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at instinctsystem@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw by email. You may use the following model withdrawal form, though it is not obligatory.

Once we receive your returned item in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your personal specifications or clearly personalized.

As these items are made to your specifications, they may be exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c).
