At Instinct., every item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected at checkout

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Minor color differences due to screen variations

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

 

Shipping Issues

Instinct. is not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

 

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

European Union Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period includes weekends and public holidays.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires by sending a clear written statement to: instinctsystem@gmail.com

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, please return the item in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or from the day you provide proof of return shipment — whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.

Exception — Custom & Made-to-Order Items:Canvas prints are produced to your personal specifications (size and design selected at checkout). As these items are made to order, they may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c). If you have any concerns, please contact us before placing your order.
